Well I installed a new amp last night. Why? I blew out the old one.

I bought the kenwood kac-8401. Good amp, but now the speakers are going to need to be changed. That can wait for a bit....

We went to the BNL/Alanis concert on Saturday night. BNL was good, but weleft inthe middle of Alanis. She was uneventful. I like her alot, but could get the same experience listening to the CD.

I started my install on Saturday. I spent most of the day running all the wires for my amps and speakers and doing a partial install of the remote start. I literally had almost my entire interior on the lawn. Here a a few pics.

This is my center dash and glove box.

This is my steering column. I have to hook up my remote start here.

I ran the wires up the middle of the car into the hatch.

Here are the wires going under the rear seat.

Well I did it. Yesterday I got my tints done. It's awesome. I have been wanting mmy windows tinted since I got a car! In NJ you ar enot supposed to have the windows tinted, so we will see how that goes. I don't have to go for inspection for 4 years so I may not have to worry. :-)

Well It seems, the site is up... Hardly any time at all... I hope to be adding some new features now that I have the ability to use ASP and DB's.

I got the autopage rs850lcd yesterday. can't wait to put it in. It will be sweet.Was planning to do it this weekend, but we are going to see Alanis Morrisette and BNL at PNC arts on Saturday so I may not get to it.

Also gotta put hook up the amp and sub. Music is so blah on a stock system, I don't know how people deal with it...

Iam transferring the site to a new host over the next few days, so there may be difficulties accessing the site....

I put in the music keg this weekend. Don't really like the sound of it coming over the radio but this is what I have to do for now.

I bought a new car on Saturday. Mazda 3. It's real nice. I am selling the Civic to my friend Joe. He's not the neatest person so I will have to make sure he keeps it clean. :-) Right now it is all stock. I have an appointment to get tinted next week. I ordered a new remote start and alarm which should be here any day. I am not changing the head unit because I like the look of the interior too much and there is no install kit I like. So I had to order an FM modulator from crutchfield to use my music keg. Iam going to build a sub enclosure out of fiberglass... Never done that before. Also going to replace all the stock speakers and amp them... Gonna be sweet!
